At Mavigadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your innovative finds. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Mavigadget account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
